What is done to reduce the cogging effect of Iron Core motors?

To reduce cogging in iron core linear motors, Tecnotion has taken multiple measures. One is that the magnet plate is constructed with a skewed magnet arrangement that smooths out the movement of the iron core. Another measurement is that Tecnotion iron core motors use a proprietary coil laminate specifically designed to reduce cogging.
