As with the 65 Series motor, the 78 series motor is optimized for low voltage applications with a small build-space available. This is a favourite motor in semiconductor machinery.
The QTR 78 is the second size available in the Tecnotion QTR range. This series offers a continuous torque ranging from 0.57 up to 4.41Nm. The largest QTR 78-60 motor offers a peak torque of over 7.5Nm.
To provide maximum flexibility and integration the QTR 78 uses flying leads instead of a power cable. The build heights of the QTR 78 are: 78-17 // 78-25 // 78-34 // 78-60. Check all advantages and features, for an explanation of torque motors.
The new QTR 160 high stacks motors give the most torque while remaining compact. QTR high-stack motors are excellent for many semiconductor applications, such as wafer handling and translational movement. The motors ensure accurate rotation and safe transport to the next station.
