QTL 385 SERIES

The QTL 385 is one of the high-torque Tecnotion motor series. With a big inner diameter, it is very suitable to integrate into an (existing) application in a wide variety of markets like rotary indexing tables, printing machinery, and materials handling.

 

It has a cooling ring, which should be closed with the housing, creating a cooling channel. It will deliver 407-560 Nm continuous torque and 1026-1368 Nm ultimate torque, depending on the motor height.

Peak torque: 833 – 1111 Nm
Continuous torque: 407 – 560 Nm

The build heights are: 385-85 // 385-105

The new QTR 160 high stacks motors give the most torque while remaining compact. QTR high-stack motors are excellent for many semiconductor applications, such as wafer handling and translational movement. The motors ensure accurate rotation and safe transport to the next station.
