This motor is suitable to integrate into an (existing) application in a wide variety of markets like rotary indexing tables, printing machinery, and materials handling.
The QTL 485 is the largest of the high-torque Tecnotion motor series. It has a cooling ring, which should be closed with the housing, creating a cooling channel. It has the same efficient and space-saving electromagnetic design scaled up for even higher torque demands.
With a big inner diameter, it is suitable to integrate into an (existing) application like rotary indexing tables, and materials handling. It will deliver 659-907 Nm continuous torque and 1651-2202 Nm ultimate torque, depending on the motor height.
The new QTR 160 high stacks motors give the most torque while remaining compact. QTR high-stack motors are excellent for many semiconductor applications, such as wafer handling and translational movement. The motors ensure accurate rotation and safe transport to the next station.
